Responsibilities:
• Create detailed MEP drawings including mechanical, electrical, plumbing & Fire Alram/Firefighting systems using AutoCAD & BIM software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and design documents to produce accurate MEP drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards for MEP systems.
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from engineers and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and architectural teams to ensure coordination and clash detection.
• Maintain organized documentation of MEP drawings, revisions, and project files.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience as an MEP draftsman in the Residential construction.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
3. Proficient in building information modelling (BIM) concepts and workflows.
4. Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on architectural and engineering drawings using BIM softwares.
5. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Firefighting/Fire Alaram systems and their components.
6. Knowledge of MEP-related codes and standards.
7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting MEP systems.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Diploma or degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering.
10. Portfolio of previous work demonstrating proficiency in MEP drafting.
