JOB DETAILS:
Mission And Job Description
• Sales Order Processing local and indent orders.
• Aggressive orders follow up with the product companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Import / Export documentation by following all customs guidelines.
• Ensure an appropriate mode of transport for each shipment.
• Ensure that correct sales terms, Incoterms, payment terms are correctly applied in all sales
orders.
• Keep contract Review database up to date.
• Coordinate with Customs Agents for timely customs clearance.
• Customs duty payment processing and always keep customs database up to date.
• Non-core purchases for logistics service providers.
• Customer service -Feedback to both internal and external customers on their orders status.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure that all EDI errors are corrected before end month closure.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely GIT report reconciliations.
• Order tracking and transit time monitoring for all shipments.
• Efficient reverse logistics for surplus returns.
• General correspondence with product companies, agents, and customers.
• Introduce new and relevant ways to improve efficiency in logistics.
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Experience Requirements
• Great experience in logistics with demontrated clear understanding of the process.

Knowledge & Educational Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in one of the following feilds :-
• Logistics and supply chain or related field.
• Computer Skill including microsoft Office .
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

Personal Requirements
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined with good attention to details.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and duties.
