About the Company

JOB DETAILS:
Elsamere is a Conservation Centre based in Naivasha along Moi South Lake Road. Its primary objective is to promote conservation through education. This is the former home of Joy and George Adamson and run a medium sized lodge.

We have an employment opportunity for a Lodge Manager. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in all aspects of operation at the lodge including day-to-day guest experience and staff management.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about service excellence, result oriented and self driven.

Key duties include:

• Delivering strong leadership to facilitate the achievement of Elsamere strategic objectives.
  
• Ensuring the highest levels of guest experience, managing corporate client relations, business development and strengthening brand positioning.
  
• Development and implementation of strategic and operational plans for the unit.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications.
  
• 5 years‘ work experience in a similar position.
  
• Effective leadership skills, business savy and communication skills
  
• Marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
