Hemingways Collection, Kenya's finest luxury hotel portfolio and brand, has fantastic opportunities for dynamic Senior Professionals to join their team as Leisure Sales Manager and General Manager of their newly refurbished 5* Hemingways Watamu Beach Hotel.
JOB TITLE:
LEISURE SALES MANAGER
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for maximising revenue across the Hemingways Collection from the leisure segment of local tour operators, travel agents and destination management companies. Located at Head Office, the successful candidate will work closely with the Group CEO and Operations Director, as well as with the General Managers of each hotel property and the Group Revenue and Reservations Manager, on sales strategies and marketing opportunities and campaigns. .

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years' experience in hospitality and/or tourism at least 3 of which should have been in a sales role
• Bachelor's degree/ diploma in Business Administration, Marketing
• Proven track record of revenue maximization
• Excellent command of English and the ability to effectively communicate to clients and internal and external stakeholder and clients
