JOB DETAILS:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Braebum Group of Schools tor the position of a dynamic and passionate Legal Cleric. Under the supervision of the Group Legal Manager the Legal Clerk shall perform all legal support related duties in the legal department.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
• Routine court, companies' lands‘and other assignments.
• Handling departmental queries.
• Debt collection and related matters.
• Keeping an up to date record of all court cases and matters within the department
• Writing, photocopying, circulation and performing such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Updating diaries, reminder systems, the law library and databases.
Qualifications and Experience
• A relevant Diploma from a recognized institution.
• A minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy legal office.
• Excellent communication and interpensonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to worlk under minimum supervision.
• Must be a Iicenced court process server.
 Experience in a multicultural environment is an added advantage.
