JOB DETAILS:

Kenyatta University Council wishes to invite applications from eminent individuals who are suitably qualified with outstanding academic credentials and relevant administrative experience for the following positions;
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION & TECHNOLOGY
LECTURERS
QUALIFICATIONS:
. An earned PhD degree in Educational Communication & Technology or equivalent degree from an accredited and recognized university in the following areas of specialization
• Language Education - English
• Science Education- Chemistry
• Science Education – Biology
• Home Economics Education
• Technology Education
• Creative Arts Education – Music
 At least three years teaching experience at the University level.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree

Note:
For teaching positions, Publication Points shall be determined by Commission of University Education Guidelines
TERMS OF SERVICE:
A competitive remuneration package which includes basic salary, generous house allowance, medical cover as per University Scheme will be provided.
For teaching positions above Tutorial Fellow, employment will be on permanent and pensionable terms.
Tutorial Fellows are employed on one (1) year renewable contract, to a maximum of three (3) years.
