Person Profile Description
• PhD or equivalent Qualification in the area of specialization from an accredited and recognised University
• Master degree in area of specialization from an accredited and recognised university with at least three years of teaching experience at a university level
• Excellent presentation, teaching and learning support skills, Ability to use modern teaching methods and e-learning tools, Ability to organise academic seminars, workshops and conferences
• Registered with relevant professional body (where applicable)
• Minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least 16 should be from refereed journal papers
• Born again Christian and active member of a local church

Job Profile Description
• Teaching and Research. (Four courses per semester)
• Supervision of research project
• Providing the results of assignments test and examinations for recoding
• Setting and marking assignments, Test and Examinations
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the University Management
