Lecturer, In Human Anatomy
Person Profile Description
• Hold a PhD degree or its equivalent in the relevant field from accredited and recognized University
• OR Hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Medicine with Specialization in Human Anatomy
• Excellent presentation, teaching and learning Support skills, Ability to use modern teaching methods and e-learning tools, Ability to organise academic seminars, workshops and conferences
• At least three (3) years of University teaching as an Assistant Lecturer and Continued research as evidenced by at least 4 Publication
• Registered with relevant professional body (where applicable)
• Minimum of 24 Publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers
• viii. Born again Christian and active member of a local church

Job Profile Description
• To teach and examine courses through lectures, seminars and supervision.
• Provide leadership in the development of appropriate syllabuses, resources, marking policies, assessment and learning strategies in the School.
• Deliver lectures and monitor student progress during training, provide support and advice to enable the students excel in their studies.
• To Promote Research through grant applications, publications, lectures, consultancy and seminars.
• Manage the relationship with all key stakeholders both internally and externally and maintain appropriate communication with them.
• Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor or the University management.
