JOB DETAILS:
Kitchen Stewarding Manager
Role Summary
1. Safely assist in the kitchen and serving patients.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
2. Follow cleaning schedules of the kitchen and all equipment.
3. Adhere to health and hygiene regulations to ensure efficient infection prevention control
4. Assist the chef in all kitchen duties
5. Assist in timely service of meals and beverages to patients and staff members
6. Ensure floors are always dry and clean
7. Wash, wipe, sort, stack and store all kitchen utensils and equipment
8. Report and document kitchen inventory.

Qualifications and Competences
1. Certificate in food production
2. Has to have a health certificate
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. Ability to focus on the patients’ needs
6. Valid food handling certificate
7. 2 years’ experience preferably in a hospital setup
8. Certificate of Good Conduct
