Kenya Programme Officer
CBM Global Disability Inclusion is setting up a new office in Nairobi, Kenya, and we are pleased to offer this opportunity for a self-starting, autonomous and entrepreneurial Programme Officer to help implement programme components of the CBM Country Office.
Reporting to the Programme Manager you will help develop, win support for, and ensure effective delivery of projects. The work involves close collaboration and coordination with relevant Thematic teams, Member Associations and partners.

As the successful candidate, you’ll bring your national or international NGO experience at Project Officer level, which includes supporting inclusive development and/or humanitarian projects, alongside fundraising and proposal development experience.
Experience in project cycle management (including assessment, monitoring, evaluation, budgeting and budget-tracking), and experience in delivering high quality compliance and process management will be essential in this role.
You will thrive on engaging with and supporting partners to achieve exemplary standards, demonstrating your experience in delivering high quality compliance and process management. You will be skilled in sustaining collaborative relationships with those partners, and other stakeholders.
