Junior Sales Executive
Essential Job Duties
• Contacting and closing (very) warm leads via phone or suggesting a face-to-face meeting, when needed.
• Go after cold leads when the warm leads aren’t flowing so well. (Don’t just sit there and wait for leads if they are not coming. Do what it takes to hit your numbers and results. Hunt for leads and achieve your target.)
• You have access to a good working laptop or webcam, a reliable internet connection, and strong computer skills.
• You can communicate effectively and fluently in English (to learn more about the prospect and close the sale on the first call).
• You will listen to the potential client’s story. (Ask them lots of questions to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and worries, and then invite them to a meeting for us to present any solution we can come up with to help them with the challenges they're facing and that they’d be a great fit to work with us.)
This target-oriented Junior Sales Executive position will be responsible for sales activities (cold calling, prospecting, and pitching) within the company to promote its products and services. The duties include working closely with company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and prospective clients, and monitoring market trends to come up with new business development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities Include:
• Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
• Attracting new clients by overseeing the marketing process for the business
• Crafting business proposals to draw in more revenue from new business.
• Negotiating with prospective clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Play a key role in the development and maintenance of potential investors, consultants, and partners for business development for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Identify and track network partnership prospects as they arise, and maintain the tracking tools
• Develop and support new and current partnership engagements, including identifying and building relationships with prospective collaborative partners on opportunities and bids.
• Work with the executive to develop and manage positive and constructive relationships with potential investors and internal and external stakeholders involved in growth and business expansion.
• Support the development of concept notes and proposals as appropriate in liaison with the executive and other teams by working on the bid process, contributing to technical proposal development and budgeting, and developing commercial strategies for bids.
• Develop and maintain appropriate business development tools and processes as needed.
• Develop and maintain key resources to support program bids, including standing documents, databases of activity costs and day rates, a database of financial and other relevant policies, a database of network partners, their locations and skills, rates, etc
• Support the company to achieve business development goals and support the business development activities of the organization.
• Work flexibly across the marketing, growth, and quality control teams and projects as required.
