Roles and Duties
• Strictly follow the recipes in preparation of all products assigned.
• Manage the preparation and baking process of a product.
• Requisition for required raw material to prepare assigned products.
• Take stock and sign for raw material left over at the end of shift before requisition of more stock.
• Fully responsible for all assigned tasks

• Maintain acceptable hygiene standards in work area assigned.
