Key responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This person will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with various accounting projects.
• Process daily transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain and update accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly closing procedures and preparation of financial statements.
• Support senior accountants with various projects and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

Key Competencies/skills
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Ability to write/speak English clearly both with internal and external clients.
• Ability to analyze data and give recommendations.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
