Supply Chain Intern

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Moko is looking for a Supply Chain Intern who will offer support in the day to day-to-day procurement operations.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF

Your main responsibilities will include offering support on the following:

  • Support raising of purchase approvals for Supply Chain Logistics and Compliance related activities
  • Follow up on payments and support resolution of any invoices issues that may arise
  • Support update and maintenance of records as assigned by supervisor
  • Carry out proper and timely filing of documents related to Supply Chain Logistics and Compliance activities as assigned by supervisor
  • Carry-out other job-related tasks as may be assigned to support departmental and cross-departmental functions and projects.

Sales Team Leader

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are significantly expanding our B2C operations to the major towns in Kenya: Nakuru, Nyeri, Kisumu, Kakamega, Mombasa, Eldoret and Machakos.  We’re looking to have Team Leaders in these regions who will manage the team of Moko Brand Ambassadors on ground. They’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, setting targets and motivating the team to achieve them, Finally, you’ll be excited to implement different strategies that will contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the Moko Brand Ambassadors team
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve sales targets
  • Delegating tasks to team members
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews on the team
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team

ARE YOU OUR DREAM CANDIDATE?

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in a sales team leader role that involved managing a commission-based team
  • You possess excellent sales and marketing management skills
  • You possess good negotiating skills
  • You have great leadership and people management skills with proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • You have great multi- tasking skills and can manage multiple parallel initiatives alongside daily operational activities
  • You are computer literate and are proficient in Microsoft office & google sheets
  • You possess a degree/ diploma in a business-related field
