Qualifications

• Degree in Criminology, Security, Business Administration or related field.
• 6 years hands on experience in Security and Administration with at least 2 years in manager position.
• Experience from disciplined forces is an added advantage.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• High personal integrity to pass a security back ground check.
• Ability to stay levelheaded and responsive in stressful situations

Knowledge and Experience

• At least 3 years proven experience as a Brand Manager, Innovation Manager, New Business Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or other relevant position, including high performance in the full range of new product/new business development activities (researching opportunities and compiling reports on the state of the industries, trend 
• forecasts, and competitive analysis, designing, executing, developing business cases, and managing identified opportunities, etc.)
• Practical experience in having developed and being involved in the launch of a new product, or conceptualized a viable new business opportunity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or any related field
• Post-graduation professional certificate
