About the role
Crown Agents are currently seeking a seasoned Team Leader who will provide strategic, technical, and managerial oversight of the programme. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of the programme deliverables in accordance with the terms, conditions and regulations of Gavi. He/she will supervise a team of country-based experts, local partners as well as a programme technical and support team. He/She will also be responsible for overall management and coordination of consortium partners, implementing partners and other relevant stakeholders. The Team Leader will act has the primary representational link with GAVI staff for the activity and will liaise with the Mission to provide project updates, discuss strategies, obstacles, performance plans, and progress against targets.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The Contingent Workforce Engagement and Contracts Advisor is responsible for engaging project staff; delivering effective contracting processes and enabling the business to secure and deliver on complex, global programmes. This will include reviewing the commercials, drafting and issuing consultancy contracts, ensuring due diligence/referencing has been conducted and correct engagement status is applied, liaising with relevant stakeholders to carry out essential validation. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring information is appropriately filed and updated on the relevant system(s).

Position Summary
Crown Agents are currently seeking a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation Lead who will be responsible for developing and implementing the project’s Monitoring and Evaluation strategy/performance monitoring plan, in accordance with international best practices. The MEL Specialist will work closely with the Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader and technical staff to ensure that relevant data is collected, analysed, and used to inform management and design decisions, and to provide project updates, as required. The position holder will provide overall MEL leadership direction for the project, enhancing quality, accountability and cross-country learning and ensure smooth coordination and MEL coherence across the programme.
