Assistant Credit Controller 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Management of customer accounts
  • Production of account receivables reports
  • Management of billing process
  • Performance management of staff in the Account Receivables section

Position requirements: 

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance 
  • CPA (K) 
  • Knowledge and experience in credit management, preparation of accounts receivables reports and dispute resolutions 
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • ICT proficiency

Business Development Executive - Kisumu,Mombasa

Key responsibilities: 

  1. Identification of new business opportunities 
  2. Prepare business development schedules 
  3. Participate in both corporate and industry events 
  4. Maintain client relationships as per the company guidelines 
  5. Prepare periodic business and market analysis reports 
  6. Follow up on service queries for clients 

Position requirements: 

  • A diploma in Sales and Marketing 
  • Degree (Bachelor of Commerce - Marketing Option) or a business related course will be an added advantage 
  • At least 2 years of appropriate experience in sales and marketing. 
  • Membership in MSK or any other related professional marketing body will be an added advantage 
  • Excellent ICT proficiency 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills and a team player. 
  • A team player with a pleasant personality 
  • Achievement oriented with ability to innovate

Health Centre Accountant

Key responsibilities: 

  • Financial analysis of the outpatient centre 
  • Preparation of revenue reports 
  • Petty cash management 
  • Invoice validation 
  • Collection management 

Position requirements: 

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or a business related field
  • CPA (K) 
  • At least three (3) years of appropriate experiences in finance processes. 
  • ICT competency 
  • Self motivated and a team player
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
