JOB DETAILS:
JUNIOUR BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

•  To provide a central report that provides insight into business performance at retail/ distributor/customer service.
  
•  To analyze and build insight from system data for Business Development and advise the business on commercial opportunities.
•  Participate in related Business Systems Audit in conjunction with Internal Audit department & External Auditors
  
•  Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools across all System driven by Vendor or internal requestors
  
•  Developing customized reports per user requirements in related Business Systems
  

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•  A University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Informatics, Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Technology with 2 years experience as an analyst.
  
•  Must have excellent skills and experience in oral and written communication including analysis, preparation and report presentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
  
•  Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes
