1. The Judiciary Training Institute invites sealed bids from eligible candidates invites sealed tenders

for PROPOSED REFURBISHMENT OF JTI OFFICES AT KCB LEADERSHIP CENTER - KAREN 

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized

tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers

3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge by interested tenders

electronically from the Judiciary's website: www.judiciary.go.ke  or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website http://tenders.go.ke). More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 - Services' Requirements, Section V - Description of Services of the Tender

Document. 

4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a "Tender Security" of Kshs.300,000. 
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. 
6. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the JTI KCB Leadership office entrance gate, 17 September, 2021. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. 
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address be
