Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible of assisting in daily execution of work in the Regional Office or in the Department in order to achieve work objectives of the Department
Key Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks
Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports
Operational Responsibilities / Tasks
• Handle clerical duties
• Records and files management
• Assist in providing business support services
• Assist in providing assistance to investors in setting up businesses in Kenya
• conduct marketing activities to retain and attract companies
• Prepare briefs, presentations and undertaking research on specific sectors.
Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).
Academic Qualifications
• Diploma in Business Management/Administration or equivalent from a recognized Institution
Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
• Proficiency in Tax/Import/Export/Immigration Documentation
• Certificate in Computer Proficiency
• Meets the provision of Chapter Six of the Constitution
Job Experience:No Requirements

Additional Requirements
Successful candidates will be expected to fulfil the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution by providing originals of the following documents;
1. Police Clearance Certificate from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;
2. Clearance/Compliance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB);
3. Tax compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority;
4. Clearance from the Ethics & Anti-corruption Authority (EACC) and
5. Clearance from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
