RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Effectively handle clients calls, queries and emails
2. Build strong relationship management and integration with other business units across the company for efficient services delivery to clients
3. Identifying opportunities to improve current processes to be at par with the changing client requirements
4. Handling clients complaints and ensuring that they have been resolved.
5. Keep all relevant clients’ records and contact details.
6. Handling client and leads assignments within the service-level agreement (SLA) timelines
7. Handling client trainings, client events and client site visits
8. Ensure proper recording of all transactions including: client's contributions, withdrawals, rollovers and any corporate actions
9. Drive efficiency by spearheading automation processes and enhance internal systems for communication within the department
10. Follow up on clients’ overdue payments by sending payment reminders
11. Ensure timely issuance of business confirmations to clients
12. Ensuring proper Know Your Client (KYC) is done on all onboardings
13. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have achieved at least a Minimum C
2. Must hold a diploma qualification.
3. Ability to work on a day and night shift
4. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
5. Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow data entry/department standards
6. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
7. Ability to carry out assigned tasks to completion with minimal directions
8. Covid-19 vaccination certificate

The firm is looking for Investments Journalism Interns with advanced knowledge and elements necessary to make an analytical . The interns will conduct   research, write, edit and publish Investments content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts and more. They will work closely with the editorial and Investments team to produce content, research on Investments topical issues for storytelling, identify and conduct interviews with story sources

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducting fundamental company research and analysis, in Real Estate, Private Equity, Structured Products, Equities & Fixed Income
2. Analyzing historical and projected financial statements & investment data
3. Research, write, edit and publish Investments content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts and more
4. Conducting country, industry and capital markets research
5. Work closely with the editorial and Investments team to produce content
6. Research on Investments topical issues for story telling
7. Identify and conduct interviews with Business story sources
8. Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
9. Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of Investments digital content
10. Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts/social media
11. Use your editing, content management to publish and edit content across various digital platforms
12. Comply with all corporate policies and procedures
13. Any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

1. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Upper Second Class Honors or equivalent in a related field
2. Minimum of a B+ in KCSE or equivalent
3. Interest and ability to generate Investments related content
4. Excellent analytical skills and quantitative ability
5. Social media savvy
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with great accuracy, organization, attention to detail and follow-through
7. Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion with minimal directions
8. Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill the most important takeaways to guide next steps
