JOB DETAILS:
Innovation/Projects Manager

What you can expect to be doing:
• To oversee the conceptualization and operational set-up the new projects/ products in Kenya e.g LPG
• To supervise and assist in the training (that will be led overall by the training team) the operational staff (retail, sales, technical) required for the upkeep of the new projects/ products offered in Kenya
• To manage external supplier relationships required of the new products (e.g LPG suppliers, hardware suppliers and any others that might be relevant)
• To draw on experience from previous successful projects in other Bboxx NGUs to ensure smooth implementation of Kenyan projects
• To manage any new grant project implementation requirements and stakeholder management (where appropriate) - with input from the remainder of the management team where needed
• To take lead on pilots of additional value-added services, products and projects, and any associated tasks and deliverables
• To develop and propose new value-added products and services that could leverage BBOXX Kenya's existing infrastructure to bring additional portfolio support
• To take responsibility for scaling up pilot projects and products and ensure proper handover to operational teams when necessary
• To be the main point of contact for updates and development on value-added services

What we are looking for:
• University degree in Project Management or related field.
• At least 5 years in a Projects Management Position or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Skills and Competencies
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent external and internal communication skills.
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Vision
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
