• Chart the course: Develop and execute an infrastructure and cloud strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth plans

• Team synergy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide architectural guidance for infrastructure and cloud projects
• Rule and regulate: Establish and enforce infrastructure and cloud-related policies, standards, and procedures to meet industry regulations
• Prepare for the unexpected: Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure operations remain resilient
• Lead the way: Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within their infrastructure and operations teams What it takes to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience (minimum 7 years) as an Infrastructure/Cloud Architect or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS or Azure) with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
