Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our company as an Influencer Manager. As part of the Operations Team, you collaborate with the Operations Manager, and multiple team members and stakeholders, to efficiently manage micro and nano influencers across our different social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities
• Activate social media influencers to onboard on the Twiva platform
• Update the influencer database periodically
• Monitoring and managing social media campaigns
• Assist the Operations Manager to manage influencer campaigns online
• Act as the contact person/liaison for micro and nano influencers
• Ensure constant communication with influencers as a means of tracking progress and/or challenges
• Share communication with influencers including the content calendar, KPIs, deliverables etc.
• Ensure content being pushed by influencers is in line with brand and client requirements
• Assist the Operations Manager to generate campaign reports

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in PR, Operations, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or any other related field
• Only candidates with 1-3 years of experience in any of the above-mentioned fields should apply
• Experience working with influencers is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good writing, reporting, and presentation skills
• Capable of using MS-Office
