JOB DETAILS:
The key function of this position is to support clients by understanding their challenges and offering timely solutions to ensure the products are optimally used while maintaining a cordial relationship with the clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Receive, log and offer timely solutions to issues/challenges from clients.
• Analyze and make recommendations on the solutions to issues/challenges raised by the clients
• Recommend business process improvements in line with the products and customer journey as per interactions with the clients.
• Use the product knowledge to offer solutions to challenges raised.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose System, network, hardware or software issues and offer solutions to clients within the shortest time.
• Participate in configuration and testing of the solutions derived from challenges raised by clients.
• Assess clients' training needs, escalate and advise the department in compliance with the standard operating procedures set out.
• Conduct periodic system audits of the Modules that the clients have acquired.
• Identify areas of improvement in the implementation stages and advice the implementation team on the same.
• Updating daily issue log as a means of tracking client service progress & provision on the PMIS.
• Communicate and advise the Technical Account Managers on customer needs based on customer interactions/requests.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BBIT, or related field.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Self-driven and result oriented
• Mastery of presentation and good communication skills for delivering information to clients at all times.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
