2. Implementation Analyst Role and Responsibilities
Role Title: Implementation Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Nairobi

As an Implementation Analyst, your main focus will be supporting projects and onboarding Clients. The role requires close collaboration with an international team to assess Clients’ business needs, analyse data and train end users to ensure successful use of the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, thrives in a learning environment and has a can-do attitude. The candidate is also able to demonstrates a sense of urgency, with great attention to detail. Please note that we can only consider candidates who already have the right to work in Nairobi.

Responsibilities:
• Strong grasp of the Farmforce web and mobile solutions, its functional specifications and general use cases.
• Assessing and verifying Client data, and translating information into configured modules ready for use on Clients’ designated servers.
• Support functional training of the Farmforce web and mobile solutions for Clients during the project implementation process.
• Provide remote / on-site support (when relevant) to during implementation and operational stages.
• Measure and track relevant usage and device metrics to analyse Client engagement.
• Support documentation and training agenda preparations to present / demo the Farmforce web and mobile solutions to Clients.
• Support additional software testing for new features and customer service requests.

3. Required Qualifications
Upper Intermediate Level English or minimum TOEFL IBT2 Score of 72-94

Bachelor’s degree
• 2 -3 years working experience in any of the following industries: Software (Enterprise, SaaS) - Smallholder / Producer Organisation, Cooperative Management, Smallholder Farming Schemes - Food/Ingredients Sourcing - Food Safety, Auditing and Certifications (e.g. Global GAP, HACCP, RA, UTZ, FT) - FMCG/CPG - Trucking, Logistics & Cold Chain - Retail, Wholesale, Food Service
• Candidate should be collaborative, resourceful, and pragmatic
• Candidate should already be present in Nairobi with a valid work permit

4. Nice to Haves
• French, Spanish, Portuguese and/or Vietnamese (Conversational to Business Level)
• Experience working/living in emerging countries
• Technical and/or software development skills
