JOB DETAILS:
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
1. Generating leads.
2. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
3. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
4. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
5. Updating your customers and tasks on Bitrix24 CRM.
6. Giving sales and product presentations to a range of prospective clients.
7. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
8. Understanding and promoting company programs.
9. •Submitting sales contracts for orders.
10. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
11. Maintaining client records.
12. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
13. Cold calling potential clients.
14. Creating content and promoting the companies’ social media site.
15. Assisting ERP consultants in project implementation.

Sales Representative Requirements:
1. Diploma in Business, Marketing, PR and Communications and or related field
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR and Communications and or related field added advantage.
3. Knowledge of basic accounting concepts is an added advantage.
4. Experience in sales.
5. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
6. A commitment to excellent customer service.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
9. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
10. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
11. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
12. Previous experience selling technology products or services is an added advantage.
13. Good understanding of the Town you intend to work.
14. Be a resident of the intended work station.
