Job Description:
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Officer will be responsible for the industrial relations, coordination of employee welfare/support program and corporate Social investment activities in line with the Human Resources strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Industrial Relations- Ensure the company interests are protected in all trade disputes and other industrial relations’ matters by advising management appropriately and ensuring proper representation as necessary.
• Employee Relations- Provide a conducive working environment by providing adequate and open communication channels, staff welfare programmes and quick and effective resolution of staff disputes;
• Leave Management- In liaison with the HR BPs, Divisional Heads, ensure that all leave types applications are done in the HRMIS and monitored and constantly share the leave reports with the HR BPs. Monitor time and attendance for the entire hospital in liaison with the HRBPs.
• Health and Safety- Ensuring a safe and healthy working condition as guided by OSHA and our company policies, employee uniform management geared towards reflection of our outlook to our stakeholders.
• Management of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for control and cost management taking into account the interests of the hospital and that of the employees.
• Staff Welfare- In charge of Staff Welfare through identification, Preparing, the annual welfare activities, employee support and CSI programs and budgets and implementing them as per the agreed schedule.
