A HOSPITAL MANAGER
Family Heritage Hospital Limited is the leading private hospital in Murang'a county offering inpatient and outpatient healthcare services in murang'a town.
We are in the process of recruiting a Hospital Manager responsible for overseeing all the strategic operational and financial performance of the Hospital through effective management.
The successful candidate shall have a good experience in managing a healthcare facility and shall be reporting directly to the Board of Directors.. .

  The candidate shall hold the following responsibilities:
• Provide overall day to day Leadership and administration of all operations of the hospital by directing and coordinating all the departments to ensure conformity with the firm's strategic plans and performance targets.
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities.
• Promoting a good Image of the firm by Developing and strengthening a good partnership with all stakeholders especially the healthcare service providers in the region, other corporate firms and the local community
• Develop and manage operation budgets
• Ensure compliancy with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements ensuring mitigation measures against any emerging business risks
• Promote a good Governance of the Firm, maintain good work
• environment that attracts and retain employees while fostering a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and good corporate citizenship
