Positions: Primary School Head Teacher and Teacher .
Location: Mara Girls‘ Leadership School, Blotlsho Centre, E Talek, Maasal Mara
Duration: 3 Year contract [Renewable]
Position 1: Head teacher

Job Description
The Head teacher shall provide strategic leadership and oversee effective management of Mara Girls Leadership School towards development of a model academy, where learners not only acquire Knowledge but also develop leadership, social and moral values.

Qualifications and Experience

•  Bachelor's degree in Education I Diploma
  
•  Must be registered with TSC
  
• 5 -10 years teaching experience
  
•  2 — 5 years’ experience as a Head or Deputy head teacher
  
•  TSC Numbera MUST.
  
•  Proven track record of academic excellence
  
•  Clean record of self conduct in educational institutions
  
•  Good experience in Teaching
  
•  Flexible to different situations
  
•  Strength in Mathematics/Science is an added advantage
