Overview
We are looking for a Head of Security to oversee Sokowatch’s security operations. You must be passionate about security and have excellence surveillance and emergency response experience
We’re looking for an exceptional Payroll and Benefits manager who will be tasked with overseeing the treasury operations across the Sokowatch group.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement Sokowatch’s Security strategy & framework.
● Develop and implement protocols, policies and procedures to maintain security standards
● Ensure all premises are properly equipped and staff are trained on emergency response
● Identify, and assess security and safety risks in premises, activities & processes of Sokowatch’s Operations.
● Report and investigate incidents and liaise with internal audit, people operations and the relevant external authorities and follow through to completion.
● Create reports for management on security status
● Advise the company on the impact of emerging security and safety issues and its impact on Sokowatch’s overall activities.
● Working with the various Departments / Units concerned in safety and security training.
● Liaise with Security Service providers to ensure provision of efficient guarding and Cash In Transit services to the bank.

Requirements
● Law enforcement training or its equivalent, with a minimum 8 years experience
● Experience conducting investigations
● Strong networks with relevant authorities
● Leadership and management skills.
● Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, French an added bonus
● Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
● Preventive skills, and Proactive management of Security and safety risks
● Excellent interpersonal skills
