Our client is a well-established FMCG company with a long track record in Kenya and overseas markets. They wish to recruit a battle hardened Head of Sales and Marketing for fast-moving consumer goods in a field of several players.
Applicants must have very good practical experience In the following warfare techniques;

• Guerrilla Market Warfare
• Market Share Defense
• Market Growth Strategies
• Building, managing and motivating their sales force and allied forces in production, warehousing and research
• Digital prowess
• Ability to spot opportunities
• Ability to communicate to millennial:
• Working with advertising agencies and crafting the consumer targeted market and brand mental positioning at top of mind in consumers
