Our client is a leading property developer in the East African region with five successful projects in Kenya and one in Uganda. With extensive knowledge of the market, they aim to provide innovative, luxurious and high-quality housing infrastructure with the most unique payment plans at great pricing. They wish to recruit a senior seasoned professional for the position of Head of Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports to the Chief Operations Officer, the Head of Sales shall lead the regional sales teams by developing and implementing sales plans to increase profits and motivate employees to meet sales goals
• Conduct research on completion, product and marketing positioning
• Be in charge of developing weekly, monthly and annual and seasonal sales targets, examine growth opportunities and be responsible for the performance against targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team, among others.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor of Commerce (Sales & Marketing)
• MSc/MBA (Sales & Marketing)
• At least 7 years experience in a similar role
• Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and ability to coach others, and
• Strong leadership and team building skills
