Our client, Salaam Investment Bank Kenya Ltd is the first Shariah compliant investment bank in Kenya having beenlicensed by the Capital Markets Authority in November 2018. They wish to recruit the following key pioneer staff.
HEAD OF FINANCE - JOB REF: MN 7758
JOB PROFILE Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Finance will:
 Manage and periodically review finance department's strategy in sync with overall SIB strategic plan;
 Establish finance department's sections, help in recruiting and training of finance department staff (of course in liaison with SIB HRM/CEO) in line with SIB long-term requirements;
o Development of management Information systems, relating to finance and accounting
PERSON PROFILE
o 6-10 years' experience and at least 5 years' experience in each of the following: taxation, accounting / auditing and financial reporting. At least 5 years in a senior position
• Must be a Certified Accountant with CPA-Kenya and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business related course.
