Over the years, Bidco successfully won over the market, becoming, the largest and fastest growing manufacturer of vegetable oils, fats, margarine, soaps and detergents in East and Central Africa.
Bidco Africa Ltd is looking for an experienced marketing professional from a FMCG background, who understands today’s consumer psychographics and knows how to create a demand pull for the products by using various marketing tools including a digital platform. Ideal candidate would be someone experienced in handling marketing in fast moving consumer goods company within the African region. You will manage all marketing activities including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with the Company’s objectives. .

Responsibilities:-
• Developing the strategies & marketing plans to establish the brand/s
• Setting up marketing goals in alignment with organization’s goals & strategy
• Delivering the objectives by guiding the marketing team and measuring their KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
• Overseeing marketing expenses and resources including relationships with vendors, advertising agencies and media firms

Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• Excellent Leadership, Communication skills & Networking skills are required for this role.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in handling FMCG products is a must, out of which 2 years should be in Digital Marketing
• Excellent Multitasking and project management skills
