JOB DETAILS:
Head Of Division
Duties
• Head the Racking Division
• Coordinate all production activities within the department production floor with emphasis on production quantity, efficiency and quality.
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
• Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
Requirements
• BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-8 years’ experience in the of field of Technical Sales & Marketing specifically in Racking
• Understands technical issues
• Engineering / Architectural background is an added advantage
• Prior experience in a construction / manufacturing company
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• A degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
• Able to work well in a team.
