Purpose:
The Head of Research and Business Excellence is responsible for driving research and Business Excellence initiatives across Liberty to ensure continuous improvement of products, processes and customer value propositions.
The jobholder is also responsible for continuously monitoring the implementation of the strategic plan and recommending remedial action as well as preparing business review reports periodically.
