JOB DETAILS:
Kenyaplex Institute of Technology (KPIT) is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Tutor to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to our students pursuing hairdressing and beauty therapy courses.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Develop and maintain course materials and resources
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
• Provide academic support to students
• Work collaboratively with other members of the teaching team to ensure the smooth running of the courses
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hairdressing and beauty therapy

Requirements:
• Diploma in hairdressing and beauty therapy
• Experience as a hairdressing and beauty therapy tutor
• Experience in planning and delivering lessons using a range of teaching and learning methodologies
• Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
