Marasa Africa, a subsidiary of the Madhvani Group, Uganda the owner of seven lodges and one city hotel in East Africa www.marasa.net ) is looking for highly qualified, experienced HR professionals for its regional operations in Kenya based at Aberdare Country Club, near Nyeri, Kenya. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Reporting to Director Operations / General Managers the incumbent will be responsible for developing job descriptions, developing terms and conditions, appointment orders, caring the recruitments/selection, conducting employee training, performance appraisals reviews, promotions, transfers, participating in collective bargaining and maintenance of discipline, submitting information to the payroll section for processing salaries, maintenance of personnel and leave records.
