Guest Service Agent Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome the guest upon arrival and allow them to leave with smile as I wish them fond of fare well
- Ensure all the guest receive good services to the highest degree of courtesy
- Ensure that guest are personally greeted by name, if known and escorted to their tables expected and welcomed
- Coordinating the guest with special request and events such as birthday, wedding, and anniversaries to make their celebrations successfully
- Follow the V.I.P requirements, amenities to ensure proper recognitions
- Participating in team work by going extra mile to assist my workmate
- Issuing comment cards to the guest in order to evaluate our services to the guestt
