JOB DETAILS:
The ACK Guest House Homa Bay seeks to recruit a Manager whose responsibility will be to ensure that the Guest House offers world class service and its operations are sound. profitable, and upholds its core values. The facility has accommodation, restaurant, conference facilities, and also offers outside catering services www.ackguesthousehomabay.org
The person should be a holder of a Diploma in: Hotel Management, Institutional Management, Hospitality Services or a related field (a Bachelor's degree in the same disciplines would be an added advantage) with a minimum of five years‘ experience in the hospitality industry. He/she must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and multi—cultural skills with ability to build strong and highly motivated teams. He/she must be creative, innovative, and have demonstrated experience in marketing with excellent customer service orientation. The person must be an active member of his/her Church.
