Overview
Responsibilities:
1. Boost sales and contribute to our long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners
2. Handle dispute on our P2P platform between trading parties, assist client with troubleshooting
3. Uncover customer's unique needs and challenges
4. Perform document checks as per standard procedures
5. Monitoring transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activity
6. Reading, prioritizing and responding to customers queries
7. Create, manage, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis
8. Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. At least 1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, customer service/business development roles, preferably in finance or e-commerce industry
3. Knowledge in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry
4. Exceptional written communication skill and a good listener
5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively
6. Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus
7. A Binance P2P user is highly preferred
