Job details;
• Working through a team of engineers and technicians and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining practices, policies and procedures for effective and efficient maintenance of plant, equipment and buildings to maximize equipment availability (uptime) while reducing maintenance time and costs and eliminating safety incidents.

Qualifications;
• The holder of this positions should be a fully qualified engineer, registered with IEK/EBK or equivalent, with over 10 years’ experience in production and maintenance in the manufacturing sector.
• He/she should also have good knowledge in lean manufacturing processes such as TPM
