We are a high-quality bakery chain keen to carve out a niche as the best bakery in East Africa by offering top-quality products and a wonderful customer experience. To support our growth plan, we are seeking the services of a creative graphics designer.

Key Responsibilities:
• To ideate and execute designs for a variety of media and applications. You will receive briefs on marketing communication needs ideate and create digital graphic design mock-ups.
• To work closely with the marketer and printing firm to coordinate the execution of approved design works.
• To ensure that brand guidelines are maintained in the execution of design works.
• Assist in keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
• Hands-on experience in photography and photo editing will be an added advantage.

Requirements
• Proficiency in design tools including but not limited to the use of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Creative and time conscious.
• Must have an affinity for food and flair for creating graphics for food products.
• A keen eye for detail and be able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.
• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role, and a learning attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a love for great copy.
• Good understanding of consumer demographics and the aesthetic elements of typography, and good time-management skills.
• Experience with management of social media platforms and SEO.
• BA/BSC degree in Graphics Design from a recognized institution.
