Graphic Content Creators

The Role
Our team is seeking talented content developers in graphics design to build world-class training content for our online learning platform . Trace Africa Smart Ltd is growing and with this growth comes the need for high-quality training content. We are looking for innovative, engaging and impactful training that meets the needs of individuals, business organizations, government and non-governmental organizations.

Responsibilities
• Develop engaging online, virtual, instructor-led, and hands-on training content for TASL customers
• Teach what you know and help learners explore their interests, gain new skills, and advance their careers.
• Expand your professional network, build your expertise, and earn money on each paid enrollment.
• Continuously assess the quality and relevance of training materials and improve as needed
• Work with the team to create activities and exercises that bring training to life
• Own the defined roll-out strategy and keep overall control and visibility on development target dates
• Developing new learning content and maintaining existing support materials
• Pilot and test new courses, and prepare and cross-train facilitators on the content
• Keeping track of new templates and styles to implement and keep documentation up to date

Qualifications
• Experience working in subject for a minimum of 3 years
• Able to identify skills gaps in the said subject of expertise
• Experience developing training materials from scratch is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment preferred
• Experience in developing and delivering virtual classes is a plus
• Passion for thinking out of the box and delivering results
• Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Engaging and persuasive training facilitation skills
• Proven ability to integrate adult learning principles into training
• Ability to work through the full instructional design process preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, experience with industry standard content development tools is a plus
• Detail oriented and creative in training approaches and content
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
