Grants Manager
You shall be responsible for the overall contractual management of program subcontracts including financial management. As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations across a consortium of partners. Your role will also include financial grant award monitoring procedures, development/implementation of grants and contracts management framework and tools, ensure compliance and serve as PS Kenya's primary liaison with sub-recipients on contractual and financial issues.
