JOB DETAILS:
General Manager

Purpose of the role:
To oversee the operations of the organization efficiently and
effectively, ensuring value for money and productivity.
The GM provides leadership and strategic planning for clinical and
non-clinical operations of social services, intake, and ancillary
departments that include directing all services in the practice.
As a member of senior management, this position ensures the development,
implementation, and evaluation of strategy, policies, programs,
processes, and services consistent with the practice’s goals and
objectives.
The GM actively participates in a leadership role by
consulting with the Chief Executive Officer and practice management in
designing and providing high-quality total patient care and services.

Essential requirements

• A Masters degree in Business Administration
• Demonstrable experience in operational issues
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong MS office skills
• Strong analytical skills
