JOB DETAILS:
Vetlab Sports Club is a leading private members Club in Nairobi priding itself in offering members and their families leading edge amenities including an 18-hole championship golf course .
General Manager
The General Manager will be responsible for implementing the operational strategies, business growth and enchantment the Club's brand in the market. We are seeking for a leader with strong interpersonal skills a team player

Responsibilities
• Ensure effective management and utilization of financial, human and other resources to meet the operational and service objectives of the club
• Overseeing implementation of the course master plan and continuously maintain and improve the quality of the golf course
• Provide high quality, innovative catering services to members and their guests
• Maintain and grow club membership and customer patronage by improving the levels of service and quality of food, beverages and product offering.
• Lead in the growth training, coaching and mentorship of club employees to ensure a creative, focused, and motivated team.
• Grow and manage a cross functional team of staff and institute innovative approaches to create conducive work environment and a highly motivated work culture.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field. .
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in service or hospitality industry preferred .
• Knowledge and understanding of how members clubs ate manag
