JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for serious professionals to fill the following vacancies that have come up at our branches in Mombasa, Thika, Central Branch & Central Hostel in Nairobi .
Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for the day to day operations of the front office to guests satisfaction.
Job Skills:
• Excellent in customer service skills, managing people and hands on.
• Should be proficient with Hotel Management Systems
Job Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hotel / Institution Management or Certificate in Front Office Operations.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a reputable busy Hotel as a Front Office Manager/ Supervisor
