JOB DETAILS:
Freelance Debt Executive
We are seeking to fill the position of Freelance Debt Executive for the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Timely collection of company debt;
2. Provision of supporting documents to facilitate the collection process (timely delivery of invoices, statements and demand notes);
3. Maintain accurate and updated customers' statements;
4. Work with the commercial team, legal office and external debt collectors to recover debts;
5. Responding to client queries on time while ensuring customer satisfaction;
6. Achievement of agreed targets;
7. Strictly adhere to the company's credit control policy.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or its equivalent from a recognised institution;
2. CPA(K) or ACCA Certification;
3. Certification in Credit Management (desirable);
4. At least three years of debt collection experience with a proven track record;
5. Strong network across all business sectors;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. Excellent interpersonal skills;
8. Excellent analytical skills;
9. Ability to meet strict deadlines;
10. Excellent IT skills;
11. A team player.
